We recommend booking treatments and massages to ensure the desired time. Reservations can be done at the Hair & Beauty salon, at the Reception or by phone at the number 340 8293896.
SPA ACCESS
Access to the SPA is allowed with a bathrobe, towel and slippers. In the cabins, it is recommended to enter without a swimming suit. Access is allowed to people older than 18. A towel is required under the body when using the sauna. Do not bring slippers, jewellery, mobile phones, etc. into the cabins.
Maximum silence is required as a sign of respect.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you fail to attend the appointment without notice, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. If the appointment is cancelled on the same day, 50% of the amount will be charged.
